I kept listening to the same thing this past few weeks. So i check myself. I lose 6kg in a month. It looks like by the end of the internship i might be anorexia. I dont feel well... Its bleeding again... Life is short. Ku sandarkan hidup dan mati ku padaMU...

Tunggu sgmk balik cuti dulu :) Elaun praktikal ni ta banyak tapi aku rasa berharga sangat sebab aku kerja separuh mati. Tadi ada satu insiden. Tataula kategori memalukan ke or kelakar. Aku kne pegi Lion Group. Selalu kalo jumpa client mmg driver company akan hanta. Aku masuk keta cakapla na g Lion Group. Pastu die pon drive. Drop aku kat depan satu bangunan tinggi ni... Aku masuk tgk gmbr singa. Senyum. Confident masuk. Terus naik level 15, masuk ofis cari Jennifer. Diorang cakap takde Jeniffer. Skali aku baru perasan 1 nama. Sumpah rasa na terjun bangunan. Itu bukan Lion Group. Tapi ING Insurance. BENGONG. Serius logo dorg lebey kurang........ Aku masuk keta bebel sekejap ngan driver. Jumpa pon Lion Group kat Jalan Nagasari. Aku balik bawak cheque RM1k dari Lion Group, tibe2 kena maki ngan orang tua tu. Knape dorg donate 1k je, knape bukan 5/6k?? Hangpa ni lembap, mahluk lain da dapat 100k kt baru dapat brapa?? Dengan nada paling sial. MENYIRAP oke. Aku mmg na je jawab balik tapi kesian bila pk supervisor aku yg kne marah nnt sbb nnt die cakap mentor ta reti didik mantee. Pastu die maki aku pasaipa kita anta surat tp dept laen yang dapat client kita. Aku na buat cemane kalau cina cina apek tu suka curi client org. 50k dr AmBank & 4k dari Lee Hishamuddin. Aku sakit ati jugak pasal aku yg penat2 anta surat, & follow up tibe2 cina2 tu trus pegi ambush dorg, bagi kupon & amek duit. Tapi after all bagi aku ta kesahla, yg penting sume tu akan disalurkan ke charity yg same kan..... And aku tau, aku yang buat from A-Z, ta kesahla dept mane yg kutip duit pon. Tapi Orang Tua ni pentingkan NAMA.Die na dept kt come out wif the highest sales. DUNIAWI sungguh dia tuh!! Berbakul aku kne arini. Orang lain pon kne jugak... Tapi org tua tu kalau maki, die punya bahasa, fuhh pedihnya mak aihh sampai kau akan rasa kaulah orang paling bodoh didunia. Boleh terkedu beb. Tadi sume orang jadi bengong. Saiful sampai lupa kunci motor die kat mane. Azrul sampai lupa save benda yang dah 3 jam dia type kat pc. Aku td na balik, dlm lif tetiba blank keta parking kat level brape. Penangan kena maki.

I dont know a hideous girl like me can turn out soo ohsem in DSLR. Cough. Today was very very very much tiring but undoubtedly HAPPY!!! My ticket sales donation reach $$$$$$ thousands :) My sleepless night has nothing to do with my arrogant boss, What matters is that, its a charity event & every single cents goes directly into the choosen charity bodies. Im soo proud of myself to collect such big amount of money for the less fortunates with my own sweats!!! In the mood of eating KFC, so i drag all my colleagues to having lunch there. They always listen to this one cute baby girl. Cough. Life has been hectically beautiful. Finally for the first time in life, im not just another trash. I felt blessed :) Anyways, with the help of kay am currently preparing a BIG surprise. Coming Soon. Just Wait & See :)

Rebel Sabya...

Dah 2 hari datang keje aku langsung tak jumpa dato'. Smalam die da mengamuk pasaipa 1 hari ta nampak sabya. Aku buat bodo je, buat keje kat dlm bilik diam-diam. Pagi smalam aku bz follow up then ptg smlm aku g LHDN settle projek. Lantaklah, dah malas na layan dia. Tak heran aku semua org na bodek die, ingat aku hadap sangat. Sorrylah. Janji aku tau, keje semua aku siapkan & aku ta penah lari dari tanggungjawab. Na mengamuk ngan aku pasaipa sales donation sikit, nak kata bodoh, bos... nama pon sumbangan dana kalau org na bagi 100 ja ta kan kau na demand mintak 1000, Bangang kan. Pastu na sound2 aku pasaipa dorg derma sikit sangat sabya... Hang ta buat keja kaa.... Berasap la aku. Berapa malam pulak ak ta tdo type beratus surat, Pastu surat anta by hand aku sendiri masuk ofis bagi PA, ta caya despatch anta surat2 penting ni... Ta kire lagi every wk aku trn naik LHDN settle procedure tax exemption tuk event ni. Pastu dia bole kata sabya TAK BUAT KEJE?? Arituh siap sogok aku rm50 suh dtg keje ari ahad, ingat aku ni gila duit sgt ke... Kirim salam. Esok na teruskan mogok lagi. Punca sebenar mogok, da 2 bulan die ta luluskan cuti ak na jumpa dentist. Malam semalam Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary dtg ruma... mula2 aku ta knal sbb mula2 mak kata nama die Syed Mokhtar... Bile salam2 terkeluar Al-Bukhary tu baru la aku knal.. pastu baru teringat die ni salah sorang individu kaya yang aku mintak donation untuk Berjaya Founders... Kitorg goreng keropok je kot die datang... haha tapi dia ni mmg kaya gila la... smalam je aku tgk, ESCORT keta dia je 3 okay. Mesti takut kne rompak kan.. Haha... Aku tataula lately ramai btul businessman dtg uma, bole kata tiap malam.... Bahaya woooo... Iman kne kuat... Ini orang semua udang sebalik mee..... Hari tu lagi klaka, CEO Airod datang uma siap g Temerloh ni beli fav food ayah sebelum dtg uma, ikan patin masak tempoyak dari kedai feveret ayah yg kat Temerloh tu pastu letak dalam paperbeg ZARA.. hadoiii sumpah 3 minit aku gelak...

Dari semalam dapat panggilan telefon betalu-talu dari ofis. Reply msg aku tiada di KL. Matikan telefon. Benci bila aku dipaksa buat kerja yang di luar bidang kuasa. Isnin aku terpaksa menghadap semua, pedulik ape. Ini hak aku sebagai pekerja. Kenapa perlu paksa-paksa aku menjaga hati orang, sedangkan orang ta penah jaga hati aku??

Macam-macam hal yang happen lately. Pergolakan di Mesir yang semakin teruk. Apalah agaknya khabar saudara2 kita disana. Bos aku yang anak dia blaja kat Mesir pon sampai na tempah jet peribadi g Mesir sebab flight anak die cancelled last minute & student sume kena tahan kat airport. First time aku rasa dia meroyan atas sebab yang munasabah. Kat Malaysia pulak dilanda musibah banjir, paling merisaukan kampung aku sendiri Johor yang paling terjejas teruk. Lagi2 Segamat, apalah khabar saudara2 disana agaknya... Sigemok da lama ta telefon, for the first time kitorang ingat die da berdikari. Skali tadi sgmk kol ckp MRSM die da berapa hari terputus bekalan air, jadi kantin ta dapat masak. Sob sob, sedey plak bila fikir sgmok ta makan. Terus berlesup parents kita ad-hock pegi tempat die tadi na bawak die balik. Bcos skola sgmok & segamat just 30mins drive away so skola sgmk pon terjejas akibat banjir. Kesian dia. Aku sepanjang hari duduk rumah, buat air. Mula2 orang cupcake, pastu org canopy, pastu org pelamin. Sume dtg uma discuss psl wedding along. Hadoiii. Tadi kitorg cupcake testing. Dia bawak sekotak. Plain cupcake, ari kejadian baru die frosting. Aku bantai makan choc moist je. Risau . Awak semua tolong doakan adik kita & sedara2 kita eyh. Thanks.Bye.

Wedding Bells Journey 3

Kita pergi tempah baju. Yang bestnyer, mak kita kata kain ni semua Puan Aryani sendiri yang tolong pilih. Puan Aryani ni tokey tudung Ariani, suami die uncle faroz, tokey Jakel. So dia la yang tolong pilih kain2 sume, dari baju bridesmaid, usherette, relatives & family kita. Berpapan-papan jugaklah ayah kita borong arituh. Puan Aryani pilih 3 potong kain yang SANGAT CANTIK untuk kami 3 beranak. Lace yang eksklusif ni die import 1 design, 1 je die bawak masuk Malaysia , sbb tula, baju kitorg 3 beranak ta sama, cuma warna je yang seakan-akan. Sebenarnya kita agak neves jugak sebab ni la FIRST TIME kita akan pakai baju semahal ini!!Dicampur dengan upah jahit designer yang bayarannya urut dada, kita rasa kita akan frame baju tu sbb kita lagi rela beli 2 BLACKBERRY dgn duit tu!!! Terima kasih dekat ayah kita yang bersungguh-sungguh belikan baju yang paling cantik untuk anak dia. Kan da cakap, ayah kita yang terbaik!! Kita pesan dengan ammar the designer suruh buat baju mak kita yang paling tercantik skali, siap kain gode-gode :)

Fish & Wedges

Pee-kaa-boo!!!! Lamanya kita ta masak.... Tu la kau sibuk memanjang, pijak dapur pon da ta sempat. Tapi memandangkan kecintaan terhadap dunia masakan ni mmg menebal pada tahap PASSION gils lah kan, so yeah!! Oke food blogging ni mmg dah jadi impian kita sejak dulu lagi cuma masa je yang ta mengizinkan. Lagi satu kita cuma akan food blog benda yang kita slalu masak n konfem sedap ikut anak tekak kita bukan main tangkap muat je. Uols bole review balik old post kita under category sabya kitchen, sume recipe kat situ adalah fav food kita. Kita suka masak sendiri benda yang kita suka makan :) Today, kita nak share resepi Fish&Wedges. Kalau awak na tau, kita suka makan WEDGES sama macam kita suka pakai WEDGES!!! Yes i dont wear heels :) So today, kita na share dgn awak camne na buat wedges sendiri kat rumah. Murah n Sedap!!!

Fish Batter :

Cod/ Dory/ Fillet/ Any White fish

Plain four Tepung gandum 2/5

Corn flour Tepung jagung 2/5

Rice flour/Potato flour Tepung beras/ Tepung Kentang 1/5 (ratio)

Salt Garam

Pepper Lada Sulah

1tbs of butter Margerin

1 egg Telur

Wedges batter :

Potato Kentang

Use the excessive fish batter & add on Guna lebihan batter ikan & campur

Paprika/Chilli powder Serbuk cili/paprika

coriander Ketumbar

cumin Jintan Putih

crushed garlic Bawang putih hancur

Tartar sauce:

Mayonaisse

Diced Onion

Lemon

Garlic butter sauce:

Garlic Spread

Butter

Buttermilk

*tossed on top of the fried fish Dicurah sedikit atas ikan yang dah digoreng, Alar macam kat manhattan fish market tu :)

Masukkan suma bahan untuk batter ikan & kacau. Letak air skit kalo pekat sangat. Ala macam na buat cekodok la ni :) Tepung tu tade sukatan tapi ikut ratio yang kita bagi tau. awak pandai2 la agak2. Tapi jangan derhaka dengan resepi, DAULAT nanti. Hehe. Kalau ader potato flour lagi bagus, crispy abes :) Kalau ikut omputeh, batter fish die biasanya letak beer sbb tu rangup. kita ta kan na letak beer pulak kan... Substitute nye letak 1 or 2 sudu butter. Because butter boleh rangupkan batter. ta caya cuba try. DIJAMIN!!

Ini la rupanya pas da kacau suku lipat lapan

Masukkan ikan kat Batter tadi pastu kacau. Kalau awak na tau white frozen fish ni murah je. Kalau beli kat Car4 or Tesco pon satu paket dalam 3 Slice ta sampai 4 hengget. Tapi kena basuh dengan lemon bersih2 utk hilang kan hanyir die. Pastu kena keringkan gils gils baru celup ke dalam batter. Make sure kering tau, kalau bole perah, perahlah. Pastu Goreng Time!!!

Lebihan batter ikan tadi kita guna untuk buat batter wedges. Masukkan suma bahan yang kita da tulis kat atas tu kat dalam batter ni. Memang batter wedges ni berempah skit baru sedap!! Kalau na cantik, letak serbuk kunyit sket baru cantik wedges awak. Wedges kita hodoh dan ta berseri sebab tade kaler. Tapi rasa die, komfem lagi sedap dari weges kepsi :) Kita tade serbuk cili/paprika so kita derhaka skit duk gunting2 la cili kering, na blend malas.

Oke sebelum awak lebur kentang ni, rebus dulu tau. Sebenarnya kalau awak ade deep fryer tayah rebus, sbb pressure cooker bole masak kentang keras ni. Kita tade deep fryer so kita rebus dulu kasi senang masak. Rebus dalam air letak garam sikit 8 minit camtu. Tapi sbnrnya kan kalau awak rebus dengan air garam dulu lagi sedap!! Seyes,sebab kita sebenarnya perasakan kentang tu. Kalo trus lebur goreng, nnt tawar cewer macam wedges kat kedai tu,lagi2 yang dipotong tebal, eeewww. Tapi kalo awak sejenis health conscious awak bole ignore garam :)

Mari main masak2.... KACAU KACAU. Ehh awak tau ta kentang ni sejenis makanan murah. Dengan RM4 awak bole dapat satu beg plastik penuh dgn kentang. Tapi kalo beli cheeesy wedges kat kepsi yg cuma ade 5 hiris kentang tu pon da na dekat rm5?? Kita dengar da ade orang jual cheese sauce skarang, so apalagi, try la buat wedges sendiri letak mayo & cheese sauce. Tadaaa. Senang!! Ta sampai 10mins pon buat sume ni & awak bole dapat 25 serving cheesy wedges :)

GORENG!!!! owh k, pas angkat je, kt tau2 dua slice dah kat dalam mulut. Ta reti sabar

Garlic butter sauce nila sbnrnya penyedap Fish&chips!! Kalau awak tade garlic spread just campur butter, crushed garlic sket & milk.Kalo ader buttermilk lagi sodap!!! masuk kan bahan ni sume kat microwave seminit, siap trus curah atas fried fish tadi. Heaven okeyh!!! Tartar sauce senang, campur je mayonaise dgn lemon. tambah relish & onion kalo na lagi2 lagi sedap

Wedding Bells Journey 2

This is sooo last week. We went to survey the reception hall for my brother's wedding. I still do not intend to reveal the venue yet but what can i say it is a private place. The solemnization of the akad will be done in a beautiful mosque inside this private area as well. The ustaz were humorously said that he can arrange if we want the solemnization ceremony to be done on a pond just like a swimming pool solemnization that i saw at my neighbor wedding last 2 years. But we came out with a decision to proceed the akad in the mosque as it will be more blessed plus the mosque itself is beautiful indeed. I could conclude that the hall is very average size, not that big. Therefore we will rely more on few gazebo that will be set up right next to the hall. We tried our very best to treat our guest equally but after a long financial thought sadly only in the hall guests could enjoy dome while the rest having buffet. But no worries, food are all the same!! I do hope that nobody will feel offended as we have a long list of high profile VVIP'S that makes a total 600 of them and i cannot deny that we will placed them in the hall but please do not feel left out if you will be seated at the gazebo outside because we will make sure that the deco setting inside and outside of the hall will be the same, side doors will be open, and it is assessable for everybody to see the wedded and the event flow inside. We will try our very best to get a big projector to be placed at the corner of the gazebo for a better view on what's happening inside. And most importantly, why you should not felt left out is because i will be in-charge at the Gazebo outside so you should be HAPPY seeing me all the time :) Talk about accommodation, relatives from Johor & Melaka should not need to worries as we already booked some of the rooms inside this private place. And for our family itself, we were been given a huge bungalow to do the preparation. We will moved in to the bungalow a week prior to the event for the last preparation. This would be our temporary house and Relatives were expected to gathered here before the event. VENUE CHECKED!

This is soooo today. I didnt follow them to the store because hell yeah im working on Saturday. To make it even worse i went to work this morning by train. I beg your pardon, BY TRAIN. Can you believe that??? This is my first time taking train to KL alone... See im not a spoil brat. Im soo proud of my self. And my daddy soo proud of me :) Konon nak adventure but then im late to work due to the brilliant DELAY of the komuter. Thanks to it. grrrr. Nak balik rumah lepas keje tadi pulak 1jam stgh journey on the train je!!! Taubat tana naik lagi!!!But Monorail was very good. I wish MRT project in Malaysia could be set up sooner. I took MRT in Singapore before and it was awesome!! you dont need a car when you have MRT. FAST & ON-TIME & CHEAP & COMFORTABLE. Talking about MRT i just make frens with the Prasarana family. If you ought to know, Prasarana is the company that conquer the public transport field in Malaysia such as LRT, Monorail, Rapid and soon MRT. Recently i involved in a Merc Benz spare-part project in London together with Faizul Tan Sri Izzudin. His father is the founder of Prasarana. This is how i know them because of the business partnership. Tapi faizul tak hensem la. HEHE. His little brother sangat handsome. Baru abes SPM trus fly to London study Pilot. Tapi adik2 lah pulak. HEHE. Back to the picture, after a long tiring, exhausting journey on the train im home. Lapar Gile. Terus selongkar peti ais doraemon and Goreng Bihun campur Suun. Sedap!!! My family came back from Jakel, licin bihun goreng tu. Kan da cakap sedap!! Exploring what they buy in Jakel. 8 bags and its all the kain for our own family, bridesmaid, and vvip usherette. Untung sape jadi usherette ni, ayah kita siap belikan baju. For the 3 of us, the girls, mum bought us a very nice textile. I know my mum got taste. Current mood sungguh excited nak tempah baju besok & pakai!! And the boys just a normal plain textile. And of cos it is all in SILVER :) Ayah kenal dengan owner Jakel. dgr dapat 50% discount but still the total kaching$$$$$$ Ini baru baju family belum baju pengantin. Bole ta kalau kita tayah kawen, banyak pakai duit la......... *sigh. Eleh memang tade orang na kawen dengan kau pon!!

Pagi-pagi lagi aku dah meroyan jem teruk gila kat Federal. Aku rasa 1 KL kot jem pagi ni sbb organiser bodoh mana la buat rehearsal Hari Wilayah pagi2 buta. Aku orang event, aku mmg cukup faham pasal rehearsal tapi here comes to the point that 7.00am-9.00am mmg peak hour org pegi keje, heavy traffic, logik ta kau tutup2 jalan time cenggini?? Rehearsal mmg perlu, tapi buat afta 9 ta bole ke?? Kalau diorang buat afta 9 mesti tade prob, tapi sbb dorg rehears wrong timing sampai kul 10.30 pon still jam lagi.... Menyusahkan org ramai kan. Aku paham diorang na full dress rehearsal timing according to the real event. Tapi Hari Wilayah Selasa kot, perlu ke tutup jalan hari ni?? Tapi hari ni okela, aku lambat stgh jam je. Last week, ader lori simen tumpah kat depan Menara TM, demmm 2jam aku stuck kat federal. Fes time masuk lambat. Jatuh reputasi aku. HAHA. Oke DATELINE pertama was a beautiful success comes with a beautiful eye-bag *blinking eyes. 200 letters out, and aku buat from A-Z. Sekarang kena follow up satu2. PENAT YANG AMAT. Sekian.

Hari ni aku half day. Ptg baru masuk ofis. Masuk2 je makcik2 kat ofis tgh seronok bergosip. Aku masuk pukul 2ptg. Aku bajet dari pagi kot diorang mengumpat topik yang sama. Apalagi kalau bukan cerita hot hari ini berdasarkan keratan akhbar di atas. Aku mmg penah post pasal aku rasa hidup aku sama dengan cinta 3 segi diorang ni. Of cos la aku memegang watak the innocent cuteness Nora Danish kan. Aku tana komen papa. Tapi macam biasa aku berpegang pada "What goes around, comes around". Untuk Fasha Sandha & pompuan2 berperangai kampung macam dia tayah la na frust sangat sebab pompuan2 desperate cam korang hari ni break, blom sempat sedih, esok dah ade boyf baru. Klise, Apa na heran.

Dato' yang suka meroyan tu pegi Istanbul seminggu!!!!!!! Tu yang kitorg macam kambing lepas kandang tu. Kejadian baru berlaku pagi tadi. Yang ta bestnyer kitorg hari sabtu kena keje. Yang bestnyer sabtu, lunch expenses comp cover and pakaian bebas. Tu sebab la every saturday kitorg bantai makan mahal. Hehe. Meh aku kenalkan 2 lelaki tu intern jugak, fazly & saiful. Yg cik adik manis tu Hazira, die junior executive tp die lebey selesa kawan ngan ktorg budak praktikal ni dari exec2 yg lain. Anyways pix aku sume bukan lakonan semata sebab aku mmg bz arini. Jeles tgk dorg main2 siap posing haram kat ofis dato' td. Kalau ta, slalu na lalu depan pintu dato' pon menggeletar lutut takut org tua tu nmpk & kne panggil masuk mengadap. Dateline aku anta surat mintak sumbangan Founders Day this week. 200 surat kne out by this wk suma nye corporate company, agency & GLC. Content & address of the letter is different because of the tax exemption category. Target donation, 100k. So tu yg aku stress gile. Kalau korang rasa meja aku serabut, dalam kepala ni tuhan sajalah yang tahu. I got no weekend. TQVM.

Wedding Bells Journey

I took lotsa picca through the journey of this wedding bells but i dont intend to show it off here because of the suprised element. FYI this is not their wedding outfit but to kick the hint off this is the theme color of their wedding. We wanna choose a rare combination in the first place but it ended up that our choice coincidently similar to Johor royalties color . Navy Blue & Silver. I even talked to the canopy & decoration team myself on how the chair ribbon should be fold to blend in this color. Small things that counts aite. Noted that families are pleased to wear Silver. Majlis santapan diraja Kelantan bulan 5, nmpk cam lama lagi tp die punye list of things to do, tuhan sajalah yang tau... Sume na jemput, pm la, menteri la, maher zain la.. tu blum termasuk kerabat tok nenek sultan lagi. Oke, sakit hati la sume org abes kontrak praktikal 29 April, aku sorg je yang kne sambung sampai 14 Mei. Sebab event ni 14 Mei. Kira abes je dinner ni, keje aku pon abes la. And yes, skrg tgh serabut pasal Berjaya Founders Day, 26 Feb ni. Ta sempat na review uols tapi aku mmg da start jual kupon la. Target jualan kupon dari dept aku, MYR100,000.00. TQVM. Khamis ni cuti!!!! Yeayy!!! Tapi aku on-call utk meeting dgn AJK Yayasan Kelantan dekat Concorde pukul 4ptg. DEMMIT. TQVM. Mangkuk ayun tu g Turki for about a week starting next week. Pastu da cuti wilayah, pastu CNY. Thank god!!! But still, makin banyak cuti, makin sesak DATELINE. Pengumuman. Aku da link beberapa food blog yg best kat blog aku.
